Gillian Robartes

Gillian Robartes is the founder of HealCraft Therapies and is a Holistic Natural Medicine and Energy Healing Practitioner, Rune and Tarot reader, handweaver and handcrafter. She currently serves Edinburgh and the East Lothian areas but all of her services are also available and effective online/long distance.

For as long as she can remember, since a very young age, Gillian has held an interest in helping people, the plant and natural world, energy and spirit, and the art of healing. Her path was always instinctive and over time developed into conscious awareness of what she was capable of and how she wanted to develop herself and her abilities further in service to others.

Gillian has spent the last 17 years intensively and extensively training, gaining and practicing her various degrees, diplomas, qualifications and experiences, which have taken her to South Africa, the Amazonian rainforests of Ecuador, and the UK. She has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) background in Genetics and Microbiology with Honours specialisation in Molecular and Cellular Biological Sciences, and is a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Reiki Master, Energy and Shamanic Healing Practitioner, and experienced Rune and Tarot reader.

 

Her various teachers from diverse walks of life and life experiences have been invaluable to her in her gaining a broader and more holistic view of the world and connection, from traditional and indigenous medicine/healing practices to scientific and integrative practices. And, understanding that learning is exciting and will never be entirely complete, Gillian continues to build her skills as a healer on all levels by attending workshops and smaller courses regularly to enhance what she can offer her clients. She is eager to serve those who seek the benefits of the holistic, integrated, complementary therapy approach to wholeness and wellbeing.

Through her time of experiencing and overcoming severe health issues relating to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Gillian received personal validation that the purely scientific approach to health, wholeness and wellbeing was unsatisfactory and just how powerful and supportive plants could be as allies in healing on many levels, and not just for the body. This experience, among others, reaffirmed her calling to pursue the natural path and world for which she has a great abiding love.

 

Her desire to understand her intuitive abilities and connection to the interwoven layers of the Universe called her to go deep into exploring and understanding the interconnectedness of energetics and spirit with the physical realm, the interactive interdependent relationships between the various levels of microcosmic and macrocosmic life, biological diversity, human individuality, and much more.

Gillian offers and provides a safe and compassionate space for her clients to explore themselves and their personal journey of transmutation to return to their true empowered selves in their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It is her honour to offer and hold this space, and welcomes all with an open heart.
